Come for the clay, stay for the community

Our classes meet weekly, combining expert instruction with time to practice and create in the studio. You’ll learn the fundamentals of wheel work: wedging, centering, pulling walls, shaping basic forms, trimming and glazing. As you progress, you’ll learn to make more intentional forms, troubleshoot common challenges, and work with greater independence. Our Intermediate and Advanced classes teach you to refine your technique, explore more complex forms, and develop your own work.

Your enrollment includes 25 pounds of locally sourced clay, studio glazes and firing, dedicated shelf space for your work, and Open Studio access every Saturday and Sunday.

For potters who want even more time and space, Studio Rental options offer dedicated workspace and additional access to the studio.

Our One-day Workshops and Visiting Artist Workshops offer opportunities to explore new techniques, work with different approaches, and spend time learning from artists whose work inspires you.

Come in with no experience. Come back because you’ve found something you love. Meet people who understand why you’re excited about a new glaze, a better pull, or the moment a piece comes out of the kiln exactly as you hoped.

There’s always something to learn, something to make, and someone to share it with.
